Hello and welcome to 4IF! My name is Miss Fox and I am delighted to be Year 4’s new teacher. Most mornings, the fabulous Mrs Walmsley will be working with us to support our English and Maths lessons.

Year 4 is the best year! We are going to be working hard but having lots of fun along the way. We will be delving into some fascinating topics, such as Greeks vs Romans in History, cooking up some yummy toasties in DT, studying animals including humans in Science - as well as learning how to master the violin! In Year 4, we love reading! Our reading corner is a place to get lost in reading and has lots of exciting new books to explore. We also have our Multiplication Check at the end of the year so will be practising our times tables! In 4IF, we aim to promote a love of learning. We encourage the children to be curious, resilient and collaborative learners.
