Hello and welcome to 2AC! My name is Miss Clarke and I am looking forward to the year ahead. I am joined by Mrs Wainwright, who will spend some time teaching in 2AC each week, alongside Mrs Campbell and Mrs Rowe who also support the children across Year 2. In 2AC we strive to create an environment that promotes a love of learning, as we continue to support the children in developing both their independent learning skills and the skills needed to work collaboratively, both in and out of the classroom. Throughout the year the children will engage in lots of new and exciting topics. To start the year off we will be learning about The Great Fire of London in History and Our Country in Geography. Towards the end of the year, the children will get to make something delicious as part of our Cooking and Nutrition topic in D&T.

The children will also get to learn lots of new skills in both Computing and P.E, which will be taught by Mrs Walmsley and Mr Rogerson.
